In the Workplace

Why Financial Wellbeing Matters in the Workplace

From over 30 years experience helping people from all walks of life take control of their finances, we know that financial peace of mind is foundational to workplace wellbeing and productivity.  However, many working adults face significant hurdles:

  • Money worries impacting productivity: Growing numbers of UK employees report that money worries directly impact their productivity, focus, and motivation at work.
  • Links to mental health: There is a complex link between money and mental health. With increasing focus on supporting mental wellbeing and neurodiversity in the workplaces, comes an opportunity to integrate financial wellbeing support.
  • Lack of guidance: Many employees, particularly those in their early careers, struggle with budgeting on starter salaries, understanding payslips, and navigating unmanageable debt. There are many ‘teachable money moments’ in people’s working lives where well-timed financial education can add value for both employees and employers.

Our Approach

As part of our charitable mission, we partner with employers to reach adults with meaningful Financial Wellbeing where they spend much of their daily lives, their place of work.  We deliver engaging, non-judgmental workshops and webinars in all different types of workplaces up and down the UK.

  • Expert Delivery: Our UK-based consultants deliver impartial serssions without selling products or giving individual advice.
  • Workshop Packages: We offer a flexible range of face-to-face and virtual interactive sessions and can help you run either a package (with 10% discount available when booking 3 or more sessions) or stand-alone sessions, to suit your organisation’s needs.
  • Variable Formats: We offer interactive sessions to suit any organisation.
    •  Face-to-face Workshops: Best for up to 20 attendees to maximise interactivity
    • Virtual Webinars: Ideal for larger groups of up to 100.
  • Tangible Resources: All attendees get a copy of our comprehensive Money Manual, full of actionable tips.
