She is well-versed in the financial services industry, having spent 13 years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in a variety of management roles. She currently represents the charity and the wider financial education/capability sector on the Treasury’s Financial Inclusion Committee, which is advising HMT on their Financial Inclusion Strategy, to be published later in the year. In addition, Michelle is an Independent Non Executive Director and Chair of the Standards Committee at the Equity Release Council. Previously she was a member of pay.uk’s End User Advisory Council and a trustee of GambleAware for 6 years.
