Our Strategy
Our new four-year strategy covers the period 2025-2028 and includes 4 key areas of focus:
1) We will develop the charity to ensure that we are in the best position to achieve our planned stepchange in growth and that we reach increased engagement, fundraising and income targets
2) We will grow our Young People work to double workshop delivery over the 4 years to 3000 workshop hours, whilst testing and maintaining impact
3) We will maintain our core Workplace training offer and improve the wider Financial Wellbeing ecosystem by launching new projects that reach more adults in innovative ways
4) We will grow our Community work to treble delivery over the 4 years to 1000 workshop hours, enhancing what and how we deliver to maximise our efficiency, quality and impact
