It’s scarcely believable, but 2019 is racing on and the summer is already (we can only hope…) almost upon us! What better moment then to highlight the release of The Money Charity’s 2018 Annual Report, sharing the story of all we were able to do last year. You’ll know well that we work every day aspiring towards a financially capable Britain, through training, facilitating, equipping and influencing.
While 2018 was a year of changes and challenges, we were also delighted to achieve great successes and real encouragement in our ongoing mission, thanks to the help of our generous supporters. We delivered workshops to significant numbers of people, produced resources and tools dedicated to helping people in their own situations, and spoke up loudly in the national conversations around the UK’s finances.
We were delighted to continue working with our essential existing funders, as well as welcoming new ones.
We are living through times that can, at best, be called unpredictable, with many uncertain about the future, both short- and long-term. While affecting these big issues may be beyond most of us, what is in our hands is our ability to understand, plan and take control of one of the most important parts of our own lives.
The Money Charity exists to engage those of all ages, all abilities and all mindsets, with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours they need to make the best financial decisions for themselves and their families.
