The Money Charity Update on Covid-19

The Money Charity continues to closely monitor the evolving Covid-19 (“Coronavirus”) situation. As a national charity working in the area of wellbeing, our number one priority will continue to be the wellbeing, safety and health of our office staff, freelance consultants, volunteers, trustees, office visitors, and the many organisations we work with.

What Are We Doing?

  • Having assessed the risk to workforce and charity operations, we have taken the decision to close the TMC office, move the entire staff team to remote working and suspend face-to-face operations.
  • Providing guidance and training for all staff as they move to full-time remote working for the foreseeable.
  • Monitoring the ongoing developments and adopting advice from specialist employment advisors, Government and NHS, as well as displaying and sharing up-to-date information and guidance from Government in relation to COVID-19 and health risks, including symptoms.

How Will My Workshop Booking Be Affected?

We are now in the process of contacting all those who have booked workshops up until the end of May to offer the option of either conducting the workshop remotely or postponing it until a later date.”

How Will My Resources Order Be Affected?

We are still able to receive your order and payment, but with the office closed will be unable to fulfil any orders received in the short-term. Once we are able to reopen the office, we will then begin fulfilling all orders received, and we will make sure you are kept updated of this.

How Should I Contact You?

If you know the specific member of staff you need to speak with, you’re advised to contact them by email in the first instance. All staff are set up to work remotely and will then be able to follow up with you.

If you don’t know who you need to speak to, our main email address hello@themoneycharity.org.uk will continue to be monitored, usually twice a day, and all emails received will either be responded to or passed onto the relevant member of staff.

The main office phone number will not be in use due to the office being closed.
